The Office of Indiana State Chemist is temporarily located in AGAD (615 W. State Street, Room 18, West Lafayette, IN 47907).
Visitor paid parking is available in the Grant Street Garage and the Harrison Street Garage.
Our mailing address remains the same (175 S. University Street, West Lafayette, IN 47907-2063).


The Office of Indiana State Chemist is closed from December 24, 2025 to January 4, 2026 and will reopen on January 5, 2026. Our office and staff will not be available during this period of time.
Please explore our website for answers to questions that may be of a general nature, or you may contact the Office with any questions on or after January 5th, and we will gladly assist you.

Private Applicators - How to Submit a Change of Address



You have two (2) options for submitting a Change of Address for our records:

  1. E-mail - Click the link below to send a message regarding your address change. Please include the following:

    1. Name of private applicator
    2. Permit # (if known)
    3. Social Security Number
    4. Current mailing information and
    5. Previous mailing information

  2. Mail a standard change of address form to:

    West Lafayette, IN 47907-2063
