New U.S. EPA Pesticide Container Rules and Recycling Options
As you may have already heard, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has recently finalized a rule that will regulate the use and distribution of refillable pesticide containers such as mini-bulk shuttles. Some of the refillable shuttles that you now use may have ceased being legal after August 16, 2011.

You are encouraged to start thinking about replacing your refillable containers. Old containers that will no longer be legal may be returnable to your supplier, or if they have been properly cleaned, they may be recycled.
