Pesticide Complaint Investigations

Each year, the Office of Indiana State Chemist (OISC) investigates over 150 complaints, including those dealing with pesticide use, misuse, damage, storage, disposal, and credentialing. While complaints involving drift, failure to control termites, and inaccurate wood infesting pest inspections usually top the list, many other types of complaints are also investigated.

OISC has question and answer documents that outline the process for filing complaints with OISC. Contact information for starting the complaint process can be found on each of these question and answer documents.
