Remotely Proctored Exams and Exams at Testing Centers




NOTE: Remotely Proctored Exams are available.  All examinees at all exam sites will be required to be 18 years of age and present a government-issued photo ID showing the date of their birth.

NOTE: January 1, 2023 - a new Category 5 (Aquatic Pest Management) Exam will be administered. Please contact Purdue Pesticide Programs (765-494-4566) to purchase a new manual.



  1. Where are the testing center locations?

    INDIANA: Testing centers are being added on a regular basis. Please visit: http://indiana.metrosignup.com/ to see the most current list. Testing sites are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. There may not be a testing site in your immediate area.

  2. What is the process, and what are the exam fees?

    First, you must register for an account at http://indiana.metrosignup.com. After setting up an account, you can sign up for any exam. The entire process takes only a few minutes and can be done entirely online.

  3. How do I sign up for an exam?

  4. Remotely proctored exams are available. Review these instructions to see if you are a candidate for these "at home" remotely proctored exams:

  6. NOTE: No exam may be attempted more than three (3) times in any twelve (12) month period. The twelve (12) month period shall commence on the date the first examination failure occurs.
